We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm if you would like to visit us. Our address is 81 Dunlop Street, Metropole, Glasgow, G1 4ET.
Appointments
At Parrucche we hold 1 hour long consultations where you will have dedicated time with one of our experienced wig consultants to talk through your needs and try on some pieces. Because of this we must take appointments to ensure everyone is receiving one on one time with a member of the team.
In order to avoid any disappointment, please contact us for an appointment before visiting. We want to ensure everyone is seen and cared for with the level of attention they deserve.
Cancellations
Things don’t always go to plan sometimes and you may have to cancel your appointment. This is absolutely fine! However we do ask that where possible you cancel or rearrange your appointment with as much notice as possible. This allows other customers to book in.
Fridays and Saturdays are generally our busiest days so we recommend booking in advance if these are your preferred days to visit, as they do fill up fast.
Please note that we reserve the right to ask for a deposit for your appointment after your 2nd cancellation in a row, before booking you a 3rd appointment.
This will only be refunded/deducted from a purchase upon your appointment attendance.
Returns
Please note that as we are a not an ecommerce site selling online, we pride ourselves on our 1 to 1 face consultations, thus all wigs taken from the salon are non-returnable. We do provide the opportunity to try on your wig of choice, before purchasing or taking on prescription , and also to hold it in the boutique for a couple of weeks if needed to allow you to decide on your chosen style before taking it with you.
