BBC Scotland at Parrucche
The very brave & beautiful Megan McCready was in Parrucche being filmed by the BBC Scotland TV crew, chatting about her journey with Alopecia since she was 12 years old, and how she feels about the new JAX inhibitor medicine possibly being available on the NHS Scotland ( yet to be confirmed at the time of writing).
Megan has been coming to Parrucche not long after she discovered she was losing her hair at this young age and she is now 21 years old. Throughout her journey she has been determined in helping others, particularly her age group and younger to navigate their own journey with Alopecia and to know there are others in the same situation and what help there is available.
We are very privileged to support Megan in everything she does and applaud her bravery again to show that Alopecia is not something to be ashamed of or hide from. Megan has set up her Instagram page @alopecia_meg and is happy to chat further to anyone on these issues.

At last we are very excited to welcome you to our new Website and show our Brand New Premises, opened in July 2023!
We left our beautiful old premises last October 2022, and have been working so hard designing our new premises and updating wig stock, procedures and staff to bring you the new refreshed Parrucche Wig Professionals .
Our new premises benefit from:

- On street parking directly outside
- Large spacious consultation areas
- Dedicated room for LPT visitors
- Wheelchair friendly
We have many exciting things planned in our new premises and have already hosted a couple of events to test our space.
We will be introducing a new booking system soon and be the first to hear about our events, offers and more in our Newsletters being launched in 2024! We cant wait to hear what you think and as always incorporating your feedback!
