We are looking for another Wig Consultant to join our expanding team, could this be you? Are you looking for a career path this year, or wanting to add to your skillset? If so please see some information below with what we are looking for;
The Parrucche Wig Consultant Role :
Covering a mix of duties this role involves:
- One to One consultations with the public to advise on wigs & hairpieces
- Fit, cut, colour & style wigs
- Understand the different types of wigs & hairpieces
- Providing information on products for caring for wigs & wearing them
- Admin duties; booking consultations, answer telephone calls, marking off wig deliveries, check in stock, filing and maintaining NHS prescriptions, handle money, keeping salon tidy
- Compliance with best practices & safety procedures
- Working with a team
Experience Required :
- Must have Hairdressing experience,
- Ideally have experience with wigs, but willing to be trained
- Excellent Customer service, friendly manner & patience
- Understanding of Excel spreadsheets; in order for recording Customer Orders, prescription information
- Ability to adapt to change
- Good Organisational skills

HAPPY 15TH BIRTHDAY TO US!
This month, Parrucche turns 15 and we’ve also been awarded an NHS Scotland contract for the Supply of Wigs & Accessories - two milestones that reflect our journey from a small Glasgow salon to a national leader in sustainable, inclusive wig services.
We are so very grateful to all our wonderful customers who continue to visit us and trust our fantastic staff - who work hard at providing the best service they can- with their alternative hair needs.
As part of our celebrations we will be offering some discounts and some giveaways so stay tuned !
